Mike was a sweetheart! He took pity on me needing rather instant help getting my garage, that had been infiltrated by rats, cleaned up and sorted within a couple of days (and in just over 60 min) as another pest control company (which I won't name) gave me a quote, agreeing to my limited request for services, until my landlords arrived on scene in a few weeks, but when I asked for clarification and confirmation on their quote, they ghosted me for over 2 weeks, even though I contacted them a couple of times and was told they'd get right back to me. Mike, on the other hand, quickly understood my situation, was much more reasonable and got the job done within a couple of days! (On the day before the landlords arrived!) Thanks so much, Mike and PSI! I'm monitoring the space and, so far, so good it's all clear. You did a great job and also gave me some feedback on the hauling company's fee that I thought sounded a bit high. You were right, again, Mike!
